Blackhawk Country Club

Overview:

Over the years, Landtech has worked with Blackhawk Country Club to provide several civil and structural engineering services for site improvements/upgrades, design and construction administration.

Project Details:

Location: Blackhawk, CA

Timeline: Established in 1979, Blackhawk Country Club is a distinguished 4,800 acre country club community in the foothills of Mt. Diablo with residential estate neighborhoods that are surrounded by thousands of acres of golf course and permanent open lands.

Project Needs: As new their community continued to grow, so did their need for a wide-range of site development services.

Landtech’s Solution: We participated in several projects at the Blackhawk Country Club that included doing golf course upgrades, conducting flood control studies that led to upgrades of the storm routing infrastructure and upgrading the corporate yards and other facilities.
