Overview:

As this new project to create a modern, luxury hotel in Sunnyvale kicked off, Landtech was brought in to serve on a variety of engineering tasks.

Project Details:

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Timeline: Serving as one of our most recent projects, Hilton Home 2 has just been successfully approved by the City of Sunnyvale Planning and is currently awaiting the next phase of permitting application.

Project Needs: This new, 6-story Hilton Home 2 hotel project was going to include 128 guest rooms, a restaurant, fitness center and pool, as well as other amenities such as a rooftop garden and deck patio.

Landtech’s Solution: After requesting our assistance on this large undertaking, we served as the owner liaison, development coordinator, civil engineer and consulting structural engineer for the project.
